Social Harmony

EDR defines social harmony as a social state where every human can live peacefully regardless of their personal background. In fact, diversity is recognized as a virtue rather than a vice to enhance the dignity and humanity of everyone. In doing so, underserved communities foster a sense of hope to imagine a life better than the one they are living.

Step Up Program

Brockton Public Schools (2020~)

Boston Adult Technical Academy (2016-2019)

The Step Up program for Brockton Public Schools is an after-school study program that will boost academic performance of grade 4-12 students many of whom face English language, cultural, and economic barriers to their academic success.

Pathfinder Program

Pathfinder (2022~)

The Pathfinder program is an economic mobility and career path exploration program combining workshops on career fields and postsecondary education led by industry experts, individual mentoring, and group projects. It seeks to counter the multifaceted detrimental effects of the pandemic on the well-being and development of youth, especially high school students in gateway communities having a high number of low-income immigrants.

The program helps students build personalized roadmaps towards high-income careers, which will be achieved through detailed planning with the guidance of individual mentors and industry experts who will bring in their own professionalism to support youth. The program will provide them with more specific and detailed examples from the professionals in diverse areas of disciplines, such as education, bioscience, pharmacology, law and government, medicine, engineering, and more to instill in them the desire to explore further career choices.
